PLACING AN ORDER
Orders can be placed through:

- WhatsApp direct message
- Inbox on Instagram or Facebook
- Calling us on our customer support number
Same-day delivery: Orders must be placed by 10 AM PST. Orders received after this time will be dispatched on the next business day. Scheduled deliveries will be made on the chosen date and time.
Delivery Charges: A flat fee of Rs 200 applies to all orders.
Payment:
- Full payment is required at the time of ordering unless agreed otherwise.
- We accept credit and debit cards from all major banks.
- For orders within Pakistan (excluding custom cakes and gift orders), cash on delivery (COD) is available.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and payment receipt.
Order Verification: Please review your order confirmation carefully and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.
Email Notifications: If ordering online, check your junk/spam folder, as confirmation emails may sometimes be redirected.
Customer Responsibility: Ormara Foods is not responsible for any errors made by the customer during the ordering process.
Orders Delivery
- Customers must provide a complete and correct delivery address and an active contact number.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to accept the delivery.
- Ormara Foods is not liable for late or missed deliveries due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address details.
- No one available at the delivery location to receive the order.
